1st. edition, reprint by this publisher of 1933 copyright, in worn blue cloth boards with black printing on the spine and Silver Star logo on front cover. Edges are shelfworn, there is staining, some page corners torn off and what appears to be orange crayon marks on some pages. Both front and back gutters torn, previous owners name on 1/2 title page. Dust jacket stuck to fixed endpapers front and back, previous owners address sticker on front endpaper. Jacket itself has chips and 1/2 inch piece missing from front upper corner and damage where it looks like some tape has been torn off over the spine from front to back. Story is about the escape from captivity of a magnificent stallion in the Sierra Mountains and a man named Silvertip.
