Books are guaranteed as complete and in good condition, unless different indicated. We are
willing to return books and refund people especially in case of bibliographical lacks and/or faults not indicated by mistake. Complaints must be made within 10 days from dispatch of goods. For any dispute the Court of Como is competent.
Shipping Terms:
Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Export license requires a period of 4 weeks. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
