All familiar Bible characters are here—Saul, Jonathan, Bathsheba, Absolom— but seen from David’s perspective. About the Author:

Besides writing books about Bible characters, Anita H. Rosenau is a playwright, poet and librettist. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she graduated from the University of Pennsylvania; then received her MA degree in Theatre at Temple University. Her poem, "Prayer to God" is in an anthology of poetry, "Ideas on Wings." The cassette of "The Story of Ruth, A Retelling" will be reissued this year and several of her Bible Stories for Children in the "Tell Me About Series" are due for publication. Mrs. Rosenau lives with her husband, Gary, and their two Burmese cats in Snowmass Village, CO.
