4to, pp. 104. Original red stiff paper wrappers. Edges a little rubbed and creased, spotting to front panel, closed tear to rear panel at spine. A very good copy. First edition. The renowned short story magazine, founded by Martha Foley and her husband Whit Burnett in 1931. Contributors to this issue include Morley Callaghan, Dorothy Canfield and New Yorker staffer Charles Cooke. A well preserved copy.
