The book measures 7.75" x 11". Illustrated with fine engravings on steel, from designs by eminent hands, with their original tissueguards. Bound in publisher's original goat with gilt embossed decoration and border on the boards. Gilt embellishments to the spine with raised bands. All edges gilt with dentelles inside. Marbled endsheets. The book is in very good antiquarian condition. Rubbing to the covers and joints, with scuffed edges and exposed corners. Small leather loss at the edges of the spine.
