Resources: Worksheet template. Perhaps the best single book on palmistry ever written. Classic. Thorough, complete and self-instructive. Hundreds of illustrations. Appendix includes instruction for time measurements. Has chapter comparing correspondences of palmistry with phrenology. My own opinion is that all arts involving divination (astrology, palmistry, runes, tarot, tea leaves, I-Ching, etc.) "work" in unlocking the intuition of the practitioner. The requirements are: 1. A unique occurrence or "reading" that applies only to the individual person being read for (Birth chart, random configuration or selection involving the subject) and 2. A system that contains elements that can be seen as representative of archetypes or symbols of human or cosmic events. (Planets, aspects, mounts, lines, patterns, imageries, etc.). What I like about palmistry is that a conversation can be started anywhere without access to paper, charts, pencils, cards, stones, etc. All you need is a reader, a subject and a hand. Fun, entertaining, and as profound as dream analysis. Perhaps a dying art, but fun to see the work and insights than went into the study. It boggles the mind. Seller Inventory # 1190
