First edition 1964, stated; printed in Japan by Zokeisha Publications. A 5.5-inch-tall folding book that unfurls accordion-like to reveal a ten-foot-long series of color woodcuts by Antonio Frasconi (1919-2013). The tiny blue cloth-covered boards attach to the first and last panel, without binding. Some fading to the top of the boards where the top, open end of the slipcase has cutouts for fingerholds. The bottom panel of the slipcase is detached but has been secured using archival tape on the inside of the slipcase. A unique and uncommon publication. Bookseller Inventory # 004134
