An Appendix includes "An Address to the Inhabitants in the New Settlements .' by Williston. First Edition. Sabin 104533. AI 3567 with 3 locations. The printer was Daniel Cruger (1780-1843) who operated the first printing press in Owego 1801-1803. He sold the business to Henry Steward and Stephen Mack.
