Very mild wear to edges and corners. It measures 5 1/2 inches by 3 1/2 inches. It has a picture of Thomas Edison on the front and on the back a message from Edison that says "I want to see a Phonograph in every house" also includes advertising statement. It also talks about "Amberol Records with pricing. The bottom of the back has the stamp for "Shubert's Music House, 31 North Sixth Street. Allentown Pa".
