About the Author: Dr.Subramaniam Arunachalam is a senior academic at the School of Computing, IT and Engineering at the University of East London, UK. He has published more than 200 articles. His research interests include manufacturing systems, nano technology, product development, lean sigma, logistics, quality management and supply chain management.
