Lowe for his children's books, including a title in the Camp Fire Girls series and The Court of King Arthur (and later, several golden age comic books). Harry Rountree (1878-1950) was a prolific illustrator working in England around the turn of the 19/20th centuries, particuarly noted for his children's illustrations and for his British Golf Course illustrations & golfing caricatures.
