The Targum Sheni (Second Targum) is an Aramaic translation and elaboration of the Book of Esther, that embellishes the Biblical account with considerable new apocryphal material. This is the German translation with notes by Prof. Dr. A. Sulzbach. Age wear and staining on binding. Notes, scribbling, markings, and finger smudges on some pages and to verso of rear free endpaper.
