Synopsis: Have you ever asked yourself any of these questions: Am I truly happy with the direction of my life? Is this how I expected my life would unfold? Will I ever be able to pull myself out of this depression? Why do I find myself in the same situation time and time again? Why does this always seem to happen to me? If you have you are not alone. Kim Malchuk has some answers to share with you and they can be summed up with one word: Choices. Tasting Rain is one woman's journey to answer some serious questions about her path in life. It is a story about consciously choosing to break away from old habits. It is a love story. It is a story of strength and courage and despair and grieving. It is Kim Malchuk's own compelling story of love and loss and inspiration and hope. At the heart of it Tasting Rain is about making a conscious choice to live a life of inspired purpose.

About the Author: Kim Malchuk has called Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada home for almost 50 years. She is the youngest of seven children (five girls and two boys). Being raised in a dysfunctional, fearful home environment, by an unbalanced single-mother, childhood memories were not happy ones for Kim. She is thankful for being the last born and states that had it not been for the love and protection her older siblings provided her, she is not sure where she would be today. As a young child, something told her that life was better than what was being offered to her and held on to that hope that adult life would be happier. Kim s education and professional career never prepared her for the journey that she now finds herself on as a writer, as a story-teller, and shining as the motivational speaker she truly is. Whether it is in her writing or in her presentations, Kim s down-to-earth approach, easy to understand analogies, and humour about the difficulties in life that we all face, is where she is able to connect with both her readers and listeners alike. If you ever have the opportunity to either see Kim in person or tune into any one of her radio interviews, you will be drawn to her immediately. Kim captivates audiences with her contagious enthusiasm, high energy and fun sense of humour that consistently leaves people wanting more. She is best known for her inspiring and refreshing 'why not now?' philosophy that empowers her audiences and clients to stop holding back and start living the life of their dreams.
