Nancy, a former elementary school teacher, has numerous publications, including Graphic Organizers and Activities for Differentiated Instruction in Reading (Scholastic, 2002) written with coauthor Mary McMackin. Nancy presents on language-arts instruction nationally, regionally and locally.
Mary C. McMackin is a professor in the Language and Literacy Division of the School of Education at Lesley University, Cambridge, MA.
Mary began her career as an elementary school teacher and now teaches graduate literacy courses to preservice and in-service teachers. Mary has several publications including her Scholastic, 2002 publication of Graphic Organizers and Activities for Differentiated Instruction in Reading, coauthored with Nancy Witherell.
