The cerulean blue boards are clean and fairly bright, but there is slight discolouration and mild rubbing to the extremities. There is foxing to the page edges. The interior is clean and free of all markings except for a stamp to both the front free end-paper and the title page, 'THE LABOR DAILY LTD'. The mauve dust-wrapper is mostly in nice condition, but the bottom centimetre has a light stain (which does not affect the book except the rear free end-paper only), and 1cm is missing from the bottom of the spine.
