Full 238 page contents of this document (No. 78), as well as House Ex. Docs 79-86. Beautifully rebound in half brown Moroccan leather, over spine and corners, and brown paper over boards. Gilt stamped lettering on spine. Covers remain in Fine condition. Contents show scattered offsetting and foxing, and general age.
