This work seeks to examine the relationship between the United States and Mexico between 1917-1923. While the United States threatened full intervention in Mexico, it did not carry out such actions, choosing instead a diplomatic resolution to outstanding issues between the two nations.

About the Author:

Drew Philip HalÚvy earned a BA in Political Science from UNC-Greensboro in 1988 and a MA in Government in 1991. He has also attended the University of Arkansas, where he received Secondary Education cetification in Social Studies. From 1994-1996, he was in the PhD program in the history department.

Store Description

Pages Past is a small used and antiquarian bookshop holding 10,000-15,000 volumes. We are located a few blocks from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Most of our books are hardback, although we have a few bookcases of paperbacks with recent fiction and classic literature represented. We also have a fairly good collection of Eastern Philosophy & Religion (Buddhism, Taoism, Hinduism) as well as New Age. Most of these are recent paperbacks in nice condition. We have a good collection of antiquarian books in the fields of Americana, old leather bound books, and early religious and scholarly books. Shop hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Saturdays. We're closed on Sundays. We are always interested in buying quality books in very good condition.
