Hardback, 8vo. 7.75 x 5.5 inches. In blue cloth covers with gilt lettering and white pictorial design by Jessie M. King to spine and front. In good condition. Spine faded, edges and ends of spine rubbed, rubbing to design on spine. Corners slightly bumped. Neat inscription to front ?Arthur D. Wakely, 1906.? Some darkening and foxing to endpapers. Some foxing to edge of frontis and title page. Some minor handling marks to pages, some minor spots to page edges. A couple of gaps between gatherings. Else a good clean and tight copy. xxxii + 224pp. Illustrated with 4 full-page colour plates, and many B&W illustrations in text by Harrison Weir, and cover design by Jessie M. King.
