New edition bound in black leather spine and corners and marbled board s. Gilt stamped and decorated spine with raised bands. 542 pages. A VG + copy. The leather has a few small rub marks but overall is clean wit h tight hinges and good paper. Foxing to the endpapers and tanning to the page margins. Bumps/frays to the outer corners. A work of fiction but based on personal knowledge of island life with a vivid picture of the old plantation days. Seller Inventory # 55349
