Original blue cloth; with frontispiece and 22 plates (lacking one at p. 270, Dr. Syntax at Freemason's Hall). Volume 3: First edition. Original blue cloth; complete with frontis., engraved title-p., 23 plates, hand-colored tail-piece. A grand total of 79 full-page hand-colored engravings by Rowlandson (including the title-pages for Volumes 1 and 3). All volumes: Cloth a bit scuffed and wrinkled; spine tips, corners, and edges of boards lightly bumped; with nice, clean, text blocks and bright plates.
