Interspersed throughout are drawings of the Huyler business, its headquarters and other stores, its various manufacturing activities, etc. Huyler's, founded in 1874, grew to become a major chain, with many branches not just in New York City, where at the time this catalog was issued, had nineteen branches in the city, but also around the country.
