Second treatise published devoted entirely to tulips. This book gives a detailed history of the flower as well as instructions on its care and cultivation. First printing: title pg states 1760 (second was printed in 1765) . 2 fold-out plates at end of text. Paper lightly darkened from age, some dusting to margins. Edge of 1st fold out plate lightly dust soiled with a few tiny tears from a crooked crease, causing edge of plate to extend beyond block edge, otherwise plates clean and intact.
