"Fifth Annual Meeting - St. Louis, MO - September 9, 10, 12, and 13, 1904." Dark green cloth-bound boards, titled in gilt at the spine. The right edges of the boards and the pages are heavily water damaged. Half an inch of the right edges of the boards has worn down and broken down to pulp, the cloth along that edge is faded and water stained, there is a 0.5-1" dark water stain along the length of the right edge of the pages, the endpapers and flyleaves are evenly foxed, there is a split in the paper at the gutter of the front endpapers, and there is a 2" closed tear at the bottom left of the front loose endpaper, otherwise the book is intact, the text is unmarked, the pages are without tears, and the book is still tightly bound and in poor to fair condition. We ship our books according to media rate through the US Postal Services. This is the cheapest way for us to ship you your books. We will contact you if shipping will cost more than the listed price. Please note that heavier and larger-sized books will cost more to ship as the general shipping cost is used for average-weight/sized books. If you would like your book insured, specifically packed or delivered faster it will cost more and you will need to contact us.

All our packages are wrapped in foam, bubble wrap, peanuts or a combination thereof.

International Shipping:
As a standard for shipping, we ship all our books in a Global Priority Flat Rate mailer envelope. This costs just a couple bucks more than ground and will get there in 4 to 10 business days instead of the one to two months it would for Ground. Priority in a box costs a bit more (about 17.50,) but has that added bit of protection. We're more than happy to ship Ground for $9.00 or Express for $30.00. Let us know what you prefer if the option isn't listed.
