A Harrap 1/- reprint. First published in this series 1935 stated on the copyright page. THE WRAPPER : The evocative period wrapper on this copy is bright, complete and unclipped. The front panel is very bright and is unfaded. It shows a touch of wear at the leading edge corners. The spine is clean, and is slightly scuffed and worn at the top and the bottom. The back panel is very bright. It shows tiny nicks at each of the corners. Looks sharp in protective plastic. THE BOOK : The book is tight. The boards are clean, bright and unfaded. The corners are sharp. There is a touch of light bruising to the spine ends. The text block is clean - the fist and last page show ghosting. The closed page edges are slightly dusty. There are no loose or dog-eared pages. The binding is tight, the hinges are solid. There are no previous ownership inscriptions. A nice copy in a protected wrapper. Paypal accepted.
