This volume tells the story of the victims in each of the five TRC regions. The fourth volume deals with the role of various institutions, such as organized business, the media and the judiciary. The concluding volume comprises the findings and conclusions of the TRC, including a list of names of perpetrators of Human Rights violations and the recommendations of the Commission.
