Black blind stamped bds., front & back with ivy in all 4 corners & title to front embossed in gilt, cloth spine is missing although backstrap is still intact keeping book tight, aeg, yellow endpapers and a prev. owner's name & date of 1864. There is no title page and it doesn't appear that there ever was one either, so we are guessing on the publisher and date. The contents are as follows: House That Jack Built pg. 1- 16; The Little Man and the Little Maid and the Story of Simple Simon ill. by John Absolon - pgs. 1 - 24; The Story of the Three Bears, ill. by W. D. A total of 83 hand painted ill. If this book's cloth spine were still present this book would be graded as VG - VG+. We ship immediately upon receipt of a cashier's check, money order, Paypal, or

If the value of the book is $50.00 or over, we require it be sent priority mail with insurance. Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books under 2.2 pounds sent via USPS for either Media Mail (slowest & cheapest)or Priority Mail (tracking & insurance included). Rates quoted on the shipping matrix come from the USPS site. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.
