Jon looked for Kathy on the streets, in stores, his classes and along his life's journey. A piece of his heart was missing. It belonged to a woman who as a girl captured it, and still holds it. Jon did not know where she was or if she even remembered him. His challenge was to continue searching and living by his code of never giving up or quitting, taking responsibility for those who are placed in his charge, in the past or future, and forever honor his commitment.

About the Author:

Bob Manion is a native of Spokane, Washington where he lives and writes. He has two sons, one daughter, two horses, and a cat. Bob is a graduate of Eastern Washington University and a veteran of both the regular and reserve of the United States Marine Corps. He is also a retired U. S. West Communications Manager. His collection of fanciful Santa stories, Santa’s Heroes, is due to be released in November of 2009 by Gray Dog Press. Currently, he is busy on his second contemporary romance novel.
