Silkscreeen poster. 23 x 17.5 inches.Provenance: Jason Schoener, late professor at CCAC (now CCA), who came from a family of distinguished American artists. He was the nephew of sculptor/painter William Zorach and his wife, painter Marguerite Zorach. Beginning in 1939, Schoener spent his summers at the Zorach family farm in Georgetown, Maine, where he studied art with his Uncle William. After service in the Pacific during WWII, Schoener served as an instructor, department chairman, and dean at California College of Arts and Crafts in Oakland, CA. Schoener's other teaching assignments included Mills College in Oakland, California, and the Athens Technological Institute in Greece. Bookseller Inventory # 51-0238

Shipping Costs: For books within the US: Ground UPS $8 for first volume, $4 for each additional volume. Heavy volumes cost more. Prints and posters $20.00 for 1-3. Most foreign shipments by airmail are $17.00 up to 1 pound or $60.00 up to 2.2 kilos by courier. For all other shipments, please inquire.

UPS shipments are insured for $100.00 automatically. Higher amounts available. If merchandise is damaged in transit, customer must save shipping container and file a claim with UPS or other carrier. Do not return merchandise without having first filed the claim and received a return authorization.
