Edgar Watson Howe ( 1853 - 1937) was an American novelist, newspaper and magazine editor best known for his magazine, E.W. Howe's Monthly. He was a fine essayist he was also known for his iconoclasm and pessimism. He was well traveled and here recounts his 1910 trip to the West Indies and Venezuela. Bookseller Inventory # 17618
