Single-sided postcard or advertising trade card, H 8.9cm x L 15.6cm (H 3.5 inches x L 6.125 inches). White verso side with color image and text; pink blank obverse side. Both side with some soiling with black ink stain at bottom center of printed verso side. Card's left side features racist color image of African American standing in front of tree and shed holding chicken with dialectal speech caption "One reason some folks alluz looks ahead, dey's shamed when dey looks back!" Image copyright by American Art Works which is presumably the Coshocton, Ohio based The American Art Works, Inc.
