Near Fine clean copy with some very light bits of staining to edges of textblock; in Near Fine dust jacket with very slight edgewear at ends of spine and flap folds; jacket is now covered in a removable acid-free mylar protector. An attractive copy. Two stories by Styron were selected: "Autumn" and "The Long Dark Road," the 2 about 33 pages in length. The book is filled with nice engravings by students of Claire Leighton who was at Duke teaching for 2 years. Leighton initiated thisanthology as a project for her students to illustrate.
