Confederate Veteran, TN. Excellent autobiography of the famous CSA General who served in the same Company of light artillery with Braxton Bragg, George H. Thomas and John Reynolds in the Mexican War. He served with Longstreet in Virginia, under Joe Johnston in Mississippi and Georgia and under Hood in some of the Army of Tennessee’s last battles. His led a division during the Atlanta Campaign. Good+ copy of the first edition no dust jacket. Light blue cloth with color flag flags on the cover and gilted lettering on the cover and spine. Both hinges are starting.
