4to, yellow paper with printed letterhead "From Elbert Hubbard, East Aurora, which is in Erie County, New York". Dated March 3, 1915. To: "Charles N. Doughty", thanking him for his kind words and for agreeing with him on the "Menace proposition" (whether to enter World War I). Also speaks of Wilson as "that measly orthodox preacher" and the foolishness of the Kaiser. This letter was written 2 months and 4 days before Hubbards death on board the Lusitania.
