Two pages, dated March 12, 1909. Typewritten on Daly's Theatre letterhead, New York. Faversham (1868-1946) was an English-American actor who played leading roles in theatre productions from the 1880's through World War 1. In this letter to Jefferson Winter, Faversham writes that he is sending some plays back to Mr. Winter, and that the "The Iron Mask " is the best proposition of them all for "our audiences". He also expresses his opinion that Shakespeare is going to have "a tremendous vogue". Seller Inventory # 016181
