Since commissioning on 1 October 1947, the Coral Sea has operated extensively in Atlantic waters. She is presently on duty with the Sixth Fleet in the Mediterranean area. This is her forth tour of duty in the Mediterranean, having previously operated with the Mediterranean Fleet from April 1951 to October 1951'. Approximately 63 pages.
