Dr. Kuok Kei Law gained his PhD from the Department of Management, City University of Hong Kong. His field of study includes Knowledge Management and Human Resource Management. He is currently a Lecturer at the Lee Shau Kee School of Business & Administration, the Open University of Hong Kong.
