Red paper over boards, stamped in gilt and silver on upper board (image of a fox and a lamb); 8-by-9.5 inches; contains about 90 trade cards mounted to 25 pages (usually the recto only), either neatly laid-out as distinct items in groups of 3 to 5, or collaged. Primarily images of children, flowers, and animals -- and including ads for sewing machines, "H. F. Lillibridge & Co.'s Fine Confectionary," Pearline, Muzzy's Starch, Buffalo Scales, and more. Binding worn, shaken; some off-setting and staining from the adhesive, sometimes adversely affecting a few images, tho most of them are bright and colorful. Sold as is. Bookseller Inventory # D6192
