An Original 18th Century print c. 1779 from The Modern Universal British Traveller. - a b/w copper engraving of 'The Castle and Bridge of Haverfordwest'. This copy quite browned to the blank edges and margins around the image, with some browning creeping into the Title under the print. The image is pretty clean - there is some light spotting to the reverse but that doesn't show through to the front. A few small 'closed' tears (neat repairs to the reverse with clear archive tape) to the very edges. Image size - NOT including edges or Titles top and bottom = 10. 7 " x 6.5" (27 cm x 16.5 cm) .
