In ¾ dark-green gilt ruled Morocco with dark green textured cloth, spine with five gilt-ruled compartments plus one compartment with gilt title. Text in English and French on title and in text pages. White moiré end-leaves, small discrete prior ownership stamps on second front blank leaf and title page. Very Scarce. Abbey Travel 369, Prince Ibrahim Hilmy II, p. 26. Luigi (Ludwig) Mayer was an Italian artist who was commissioned by Sir Robert Ainslie to make paintings and drawings in the Ottoman Empire.
