New, printed pictorial wraps, 15th page is a folded copy of "Following the East River" by Ray Bremser, former husband of Bonnie Frazer and well-known Beat poet. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 15 pages; The Village Scene consisted of 176, hand stiched copies, beautifully designed and executed by Jim Camp at the Synaesthesia press. This copy is not numbered and is listed in pencil as Out of Series," meaning that it was one of a few extra copies that belonged to the publisher or author. It is signed by Frazer who has initialed "B. B." under her name, for "Bonnie Bremser." The small book is about the Beat scene in Greenwich Village in the 1960's. This is a wonderfully evocative item.
