The book will require that you have some experience of object oriented concepts and a basic knowledge of Visual Basic .NET's language constructs. Most solutions have been developed using Visual Studio .NET and in particular for GUI and Graphics based classes where you will need to inherit from exisiting controls, you will need to have VS.NET installed.
