Sobria fine tela edit. con elegante sovraccoperta in carta vergata, ed altra sovraccoperta in acetato ed. Due opere postume: La vie de Henri Brulard (scritta a Civitavecchia e a Roma nel 1835-36), incompiuta, Paris, G. Charpentier et C.ie, Éditeurs 1890 + Souvenirs d'égotisme (scritti nel 1832), incompiuti, Paris, G. Charpentier et E. Fasquelle, Éditeurs 1892, in una memorabile traduzione. Due scritti autobiografici di uno scrittore che sa bene che "l'occhio non può vedere se stesso" e che odia dire "io, io, io" e che pare vedersi da più punti di vista.
