Tre parti legate in un volume di cm. 22,5, pp. (8) xxiii (1) 188; 200 (2); 48 (4). Con ritratto all'antiporta ed una tavola ripiegata f.t. (cenotaffio). Solida ed elegante legatura (1900 ca.) in mezza pelle rossa con punte, dorso a piccoli nervi con titoli in oro. Ex libris nobiliare inciso. Poche fioriture sparse, peraltro esemplare genuino e marginoso. Edizione apprezzata e non comune e soprattutto quando completa in tutte le sue parti, compreso il supplemento ed il foglio di 2 carte in fine citati dal Gamba (359) che tra l'altro non fa menzione della tavola ripiegata. Quest'ultimo afferma: "Fa conoscere questa edizione quante diligenze e quanta circospezione occorrano a fine di rimettere decorosamente in luce le scritture dei nostri antichi classici.".
