Stapled paper booklet of 144 pages, with tan paperboard covers attached with lacing. Covers have severe chipping and broken off parts , particullarly at corners. Cover print not affected. Cover has Gold colored embossed figure of Genl. Shepard statue in center. Print is dark brown except dates, 1669 & 1919 which are in gold color. First page also has edge damage at bottom corner. Main booklet in remarkably good condition with no markings and very sound. An interesting booklet not only for numerous photos and history but ads and views of local firms and notable sites, i.e, Great River Water Power, Crane Paper, H. S.
