About this Item

Signed by author on title page. The story of an attractive, well-educated woman who flees her wealthy husband and his unscrupulous clan, and goes on 'walkabout' to the inner reaches of the Australian outback. Like Keneally's earlier novel SCHINDLER'S LIST, the story of WOMAN arises from a true incident, the imagining of which is utterly convincing. As new, in fine, mylar-protected dust jacket. L17/L124.
