One of 1100 copies. Tan and green tweed linen covered boards have a mounted photogravure of Whitman's headstone on the front cover. Extremities are slightly rubbed, covers are clean and bright. Head and foot of spine are bumped and the foot is a trifle worn. Covers are a little warped. Front free endp. has a light diagonal crease. The Haddon Craftsmen Christmas card is laid in at front. Deckle-edged leaves are clean, binding is sound and tight. Nice copy, digital image available. Bookseller Inventory #

A very good copy, the blank spine is slightly faded, there is minor soil on the back cover, there is a blank bookplate pasted over another on the front paste-down endpaper, and there is a pea-size soil mark above the frontispiece, well off the illustration.
