8-1/2 by 11 inches, duplicated in blue ink. A flyer in the form of a wanted poster with a portrait drawing of Deocampo was a Miwok Indian tried for murder of a white man. The district attorney went ahead with the prosecution, even though the grand jury refused to indict Deocampo. He was acquitted by a jury after a two-and-a-half week trial. The flyer compares Deocampo's treatment by the justice system as his trial was about to start with three cases where white men were accused of killing Native Americans. Paper tanned around the edges, else near fine. Bookseller Inventory # 130470
