About this title

Synopsis:

This is a book for those who wish to create organizational excellence. The premise of the book is clear: Creating excellence requires change. Change requires trust. Trust can only be created by principled leaders. This book is unique. Most books on change tell the reader what to do. This book tells the reader how to do it in an easily understood six-step process. Develop leadership skills and use them to create the trust needed to drive change.

About the Author:

Pat McDonnell is a retired partner and former Global Director of Assurance Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Prior to that, he was the Vice Chairman of Business Assurance for Coopers & Lybrand. He now leads and advises companies in need of change. He sits on the audit committees of two companies and is an adjunct professor at The Lake Forest Graduate School of Management where he teaches Leading Organizational Change. He is a former Marine officer with a BA from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Michigan.
