Hardcover with dust jacket, signed and inscribed on the half-title page in black felt tip, ?To Burt R., love, Andy Warhol? who adds a sketch of his classic Campbell?s soup can below and signs again with his initials, ?AW? In very fine condition. This copy derives from the collection of Dinah Shore and was inscribed to Burt Reynolds, to whom she was married from 1971 to 1976. An interesting memento that ties Warhol, whose fascination with celebrity is well established, to a bona fide superstar of the era; Warhol used an image of Burt Reynolds as the cover to his February 1976 Interview magazine.
