The author mentions divorce and the rise of divorce in society, as well as alludes to his perhaps own divorce. While pointing out the many ills and fallacies in marriage, the author seems to conclude that marriage can be a positive thing, once the hidden aspects of it are made clear. GOOD condition. Moderate soiling and staining to the wraps, with moderate uneven browning. Paper spine chipped and flaking with some loss of paper. Faint writing in pencil on the upper front cover.
